..for a lot of club members, thanks to the generous support of one of our major sponsors, local Sales and Marketing Specialist, Gayle Aspden from Harcourts Real Estate.

Gayle personally handed over every trophy for those successful in club events at Northcote Bowls, AND Northcote Petanque.

For those who were happier to play their sport for enjoyment, and content to sit and watch Championships from the clubhouse, well, they only had to reach underneath their chosen seat at prize giving and find out whether they too, became a winner on the day.

Congratulations to those who were lucky enough to sit in the right place, most won Champagne, but it was Nigel Armstrong, who won the grand prize..... a  CORNHOLE  kit!

"What is that?" I hear you ask.... Well, visit Northcote Bowling Club on Club night. Or better still, come in earlier for a game or two of indoor bowls on a Thursday afternoon, and have a go at CORNHOLE, in between games.

You will not be disappointed.It is heaps of fun!
